One of the most fundamental and important skills we all need to be more efficient at both individually and collectively is the ability to communicate effectively. Not only must you understand what you think you hear, but understand what was actually said and what is not said.

During this workshop, “TGG” will instruct on the importance of effective communication and how it relates to you and others, communication barriers and misunderstandings, the process of effective and active listening and the process of effective and active feedback. The practical exercises will have you laughing and ultimately realizing that effective communication is more challenging than you may think.
